2. Farfalle Mama Mia ($17.95)- Bowtie pasta, chopped eggplant, tomatoes, and onion. Served in a vodka sauce with fresh mozzarella.

3. Short Rib & Pappardelle ($23.95)- Braised boneless short rib served over pappardelle pasta in a sherry wine sauce with mushrooms and asparagus.
